Proposed 2nd fix date for MVHR

Please note that if we cannot carry out any planned work due to:

• late cancellations from the customer (within 5 working days),

• late change requests for the design or material specification (within 5 working days),

• because the site is not ready for the installation work or

• because the health & safety and Coronavirus safety preparations on the site are not met. we might need to ask for a surcharge as below.

Following charges apply for cancellations or changes:

• within 3-5 working days of the agreed install date: £150.00 (excl. VAT)

• within 1-2 working days of the agreed install date: £250.00 (excl. VAT)

• on the day of the agreed install date: £450.00 (excl. VAT)

We try to be as pro-active in our communications with you as possible, in order to avoid any surcharges. Please do support us by communicating any changes or requests as early as possible.

Internal building structure:

The marked positions through the external wall are cored or roof cowls are installedAll plasterboard in the ceilings is installed*18mm plywood board at the position of the MVHR is fixed

* Please make sure that no ceiling outlets have been covered by plasterboard

Condensate drain:

All MVHR units (apart from ERV versions) have a condensate connection. We provide the waterless trap.

The 32mm condensate connection to the waste water system is prepared.

Electrical connections for Zehnder ComfoAir Q MVHR units:

240V, 13A socket next to MVHR unit is preparedRJ45 data socket next to the MVHR unit with connection to the router is prepared

Electrical connections for Zehnder ComfoAir MVHR units & PAUL units:

Transfer gaps:

Part of all ventilation strategies is that the air can move freely through the building.

I am aware of the necessary undercuts of some of the internal doors.
