The Compact W200 is a small but powerful MVHR unit, which is ideal for apartments and small dwellings, where there is little plant space.
The unit has a simple in-build speed controller, which lends itself to social housing developments. It is a compact, easy-to-install, reliable MVHR unit with a capacity of up to 55.6 l/s (200 m3/h), which is versatile for both new-build and renovation projects.
The Ubiflux Compact W200 is powerful enough to ventilate 1, 2 and even 3 bedroom flats.
This small MVHR unit can fit in a kitchen cupboard and – if need be – can come without condensate connection as ERV version.
It comes with a very simple one-button controller, which is ideal for social housing, as it gives very little control to the end-user. It acts also as a boost button for 15min boost actuation.
For social housing developments, a humidity sensor can be fitted into the MVHR unit for full automation of the system.
LEDs show the ventilation levels and also simple forms of alarms and error codes.
The unit also comes with a USB port for firmware updates.
For private developments the remote Digital Air Controller is a better option, which gives full access to the menu functions.
