Peace of Mind

Warranty on our MVHR units is two years from date of delivery, up to 30 months from date of production which ever is longer.

PAUL Heat Recovery offers a free additional 4-year warranty for all their customers, when we commissioned the system (total of 6 years).

Labour is discretionary. Assembly costs are not covered.

Currently to be eligible for the free 6 year warranty, registered service partners have to register the product within 6 months of delivery via the following link:

Spare parts will only cover a 1 year warranty, but provided the unit is still in warranty then they will be covered further.

The Zehnder CMEV range of units will be rehave a 2 year warranty.

MVHR Systems are not difficult to maintain, but there are a few rules that should be observed:

• Check, clean or exchange filters on a regular basis, e.g. every 3-6 months. Exchange filters for new ones at least once a year.
  • Remember: Clean filters help to keep your indoor environment healthy and minimise your energy usage.
• Only use genuine replacement filters. Many pirate filters have shown to increase the resistance greatly and will put more stress on your fans, as well increase your energy use.
• Clean your MVHR unit, your external and internal terminals as per maintenance guidance.
• Do not shut your room terminals or temper with them.

If a MVHR is not properly maintained, it will void the warranty.
