Warranty on our MVHR units is two years from date of delivery, up to 30 months from date of production which ever is longer.
PAUL Heat Recovery offers a free additional 4-year warranty for all their customers, when we commissioned the system (total of 6 years).
Labour is discretionary. Assembly costs are not covered.
Currently to be eligible for the free 6 year warranty, registered service partners have to register the product within 6 months of delivery via the following link:

Spare parts will only cover a 1 year warranty, but provided the unit is still in warranty then they will be covered further.
The Zehnder CMEV range of units will be rehave a 2 year warranty.


A good installation, which follows the design is important to keep the energy use and noise of the system as low as possible.
A competent installer should commission the system, to ensure that it operates as intended.
The failure to install the MVHR system in accordance with the manufacturers instructions will void the warranty.
MVHR Systems are not difficult to maintain, but there are a few rules that should be observed:
