Dimensions of the ComfoSpot 50

The ComfoSpot 50 needs a ~340mm core through an external wall with a minimum depth of 335mm up to 600mm. Extension pieces are available.

Compared to the ComfoAir 70, the ComfoSpot 50 is a quieter de-central solution when no ducting is to be connected. If ducting can be connected, then the ComfoAir 70 is a quieter solution.

Dimensions of the ComfoAir 70

The ComfoAir 70 needs a ~270mm core through an external wall with a minimum depth of 275mm up to 600mm. Extension pieces are available.

Compared to the ComfoSpot 50, the ComfoAir 70 is a quieter solution when ducting can be connected.

CA70 Duct Connections

The ComfoAir 70 has 100mm duct connections on its side and back.

  • Ports for supply on the right hand side and back of the unit (seen from the front).
  • Ports for extract on the left hand side and back of the unit.

Only one supply and one extract room can be connected to the MVHR unit.

The EPP end cap on the back can be taken out and inserted into the side port, when ducting is connected to it.

Possible ducts that can be connected:

  • 100mm round PVC or metal ducting
  • 90mm semi-rigid ducting
