Note from the manufacturer (Zehnder): Sometimes the filters get stuck at the last bit and don’t fully insert, as they are just catching on a plastic lip. Please do ‘jiggle’ them a bit and then they should push in without force. If they are still really struggling, then please remove the heat exchanger and see what it is catching on from underneath.
